30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Tags and labels must be attached
Items purchased on sale or clearance are eligible for store credit
Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons

How to Return

Include your order number and reason for return
You'll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
Ship the item back using the provided label or your preferred carrier

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
Refund method: Original payment method (credit card, etc.)
Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days for bank to post refund
Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error
Partial refunds: Items showing signs of use may receive partial credit

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help:

Exchanges are processed free of charge
Subject to availability — if your preferred item is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund
Exchange shipping is on us for domestic orders

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund
You will not need to return the damaged item in most cases
